New Year is here; and all bloggers and webmasters are eagerly waiting for the next Google Page Rank update, which is expected anytime soon. Many forums are already buzzing the rumors of Google PageRank release, but the truth is Google hasn’t rolled out any PageRank update for 2013 yet. However, based on last updates one can predict when Google will roll out its next PageRank update.
But before we go any further, let us get a quick review of WHAT GOOGLE PAGE RANK is all about…
Google count link votes and determines most important pages based on them with the help of PageRank. This ranking algorithm assigns numeric weights to every single page crawled by Google, the total range of weight is divided into 11 parts (non-linear) and assigns to PR0 to PR10. So it’s completely right to believe, higher the PageRank better the possibility of ranking in Google Search and better profits.
Google rolled out its last update in November 2012, having a look at the rolling out trend I can say, Google rolls out these updates quarterly.
Now the question arises,
When Will Be Next Google PageRank Update In 2013?
Note: This update schedule for the year of 2013 is purely based on assumptions.
- 1st Update may be on January 28 to February 6
- 2nd update may be on June 27 to July 7
- 3rd Update may be on September 29 to 4 October
- 4th Update may be on 24 December to 29 December
Just like all the previous updates, the upcoming Google PageRank update will turn out to be OK/ Good/ atrocious for SEOs and Webmasters. Obviously none of you would possible want to get lower PageRank this time, so rather sitting back and waiting for the subsequent update to roll out and slash your rank, it’s time to focus the factors that might cause a drop in Google PageRank of your blog and do something about it!
